Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping All orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or carrier delays, processing times may be extended slightly. Should a significant delay occur, we’ll contact you by email with an update.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We proudly ship across Canada. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Sole Sweetz is not responsible for delivery delays.

International Shipping We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sole Sweetz is not responsible for any customs-related delays once a package leaves Canada.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there’s an error in your address, please contact us immediately at solesweetz01@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours, your building management, or local post office. Unfortunately, Sole Sweetz cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Heat & Weather Advisory Some candies are sensitive to heat or cold. While we pack orders carefully, Sole Sweetz is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions once a package is in transit.

During warmer months, we recommend tracking your order closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it promptly upon delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will:

Ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock product, or

Contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
